CHALLENGE - COST OF NEARBY HOUSING
“I love my job but being in a fairly remote location, finding nearby housing that made sense was next to impossible. I didn’t see the housing situation changing so I was in a fairly tight spot when it came to my job.”

SOLUTION
“At $600-$1,000 a month, Dormy House provides a high-quality, workforce affordable, on-site solution that’s designed to meet my needs. I’m happy this solution exists and appreciate the investment ownership is making when it comes to my future with them.”

RACHEL WILLIAMS
Housekeeping Manager

CHALLENGE - FUEL COSTS & COMMUTE TIME

“I love my job but rising gas prices and a long, treacherous commute to the office forced me to begin to question whether or not it makes sense for me moving forward.”

SOLUTION
“A Dormy House located on the property has decreased my commute by 50 miles a day to a short bike ride. Now my commute is safer, I’m saving time, I’m saving money, and I’m very happy with my position. I’m so thankful that ownership has made this option available to us.”

Options for Involvement

DORMY HOUSE HIRED AS THE DEVELOPER
Dormy House is hired as the developer and compensated to perform tasks necessary to see project through to occupancy. All development costs are the responsibility of the owner.

DORMY HOUSE DEVELOPS & FUNDS PROJECT
Dormy House is compensated a developer fee, funds the project, and owns the building. In exchange, the owner leases back and uses the property at their discretion triple-net (NNN).

DORMY HOUSE DEVELOPS & OWNER FUNDS
Owner funds the project - paying Dormy House a developer fee thus ensuring a faster development time frame. Prior to breaking ground, the owner and Dormy House sign a purchase-lease back agreement. Dormy House will be a willing buyer, the owner will gain back their capital, and a long-term NNN lease will ensure everyone’s happiness.
